They are rapidly growing and require support to manage the workload across the team and ensure that the GM Finance and Operations have coverage.

As a Team Leader, your role will be critical in maintaining and improving the high service standards while focusing on profitable growth.

You will provide valuable support to the General Manager of Finance & Operations, particularly in managing the team, as the company expands.

The main responsibility of this role is to serve as a customer success leader, overseeing the processing and ongoing management of the tasks at hand.

It is also important to ensure that the staff reporting to this role are fully supported and have a clear understanding of their responsibilities.


Key responsibilities:

Back up for GM Finance & Operations Managing the sales manager and executives on client projects Support credit functions Update billings on weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis Support daily marketing activities via emails, phone calls and SMSFlexible to take up more responsibilities assigned by the manager Who are we looking for?Minimum 5 years of a Customer Success/ Team Leader Role Previous experience in consumer credits and accounting Pro-active and Organised with great attention to details Well-versed with MS Office A customer-centric professional with a strong focus on delivering exceptional services.
