Hourly rate:
Between $24.00-$25.00 per hour

We are seeking hard-working and reliable construction workers to work in Waikato Region. You should have a positive attitude and be willing to learn. You must be mature and responsible when it comes to dealing with tough situations. Although experience isn't essential, you will have to be physically fit and a fast learner.

To be successful in this position, you will work well as part of a team, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks.


  • Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.
  • Loading, unloading, securing building and construction materials, tools and equipment or other material
  • Assembling and breaking down barricades, temporary structures, and scaffolding.
  • Removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials from sites.
  • Assisting with transport and operation of equipment.
  • Put up warning signs (e.g., signposts, cones) for vehicles and passersby
  • Regulating traffic and erecting traffic signs when required
  • Following all health and safety regulations.
  • Mixing, pouring, and levelling concrete.
  • Performing set up and clean up tasks at the job site
  • Performing manual labour tasks
  • Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material
  • Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions
  • Performs various physical duties as assigned.
  • Excellent fitness and physical ability to carry out manual tasks
  • Flexible Work Availability as there will be early morning start, and you may be required to work during weekends and public holidays
  • Be mildtempered and a team player.
  • Be healthy, strong, and fit.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Ability to read safety warnings, and guidelines
  • Attentive to detail and alert at all times to ensure safety
  • Be honest and trustworthy
  • Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch
  • Able to receive and follow instructions
  • Enjoy coming to work and willing to be part of a team.
  • No Criminal Record and able to clear the drug test
