Concrete Foreman

Are you an experienced concrete Foreman looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and manage concrete construction projects? On behalf of our client, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a concrete Foreman.

As a concrete Foreman, you will play a vital role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of concrete projects from start to finish.

• Provide handson leadership and supervision to a crew of concrete workers, ensuring safety and productivity on site
• Plan and schedule concrete projects, considering resource and materials
• Read and interpret site plans, specifications, and other construction documents
• Coordinate with project managers to understand project requirements and ensure deadlines are met
• Ensure the completion of various bridge repair projects throughout the Waikato region
• Train and lead team members, providing guidance and support for development
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of jobs

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Concrete Foreman or in a similar leadership role within the concrete construction industry.
• Indepth knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and rive a team
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with an eye for detail.
• Solid understanding of Health and Safety procedure
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
