Our well-established residential facilities are nestled across various suburbs of Tāmaki Makaurau, making your commute to work a breeze. Each facility has been thoughtfully set up to specifically cater for the needs of the Tangata Whaiora.

Working alongside some passionate individuals, you will generally support 4-6 clients and your team will be made up of Support Workers, a Mental Health Professional, and an experienced Service Manager.


Each facility displays a strong work ethic, friendly team culture, comradeship, and true dedication towards working with our Tangata Whaiora on their recovery journey, providing a safe and supporting environment to achieve great health outcomes.

You may have been on a break from work, are looking to reduce your workload or are about to graduate and are seeking to enter/re-enter the workforce as a (provisionally/fully) registered health professional from the nursing, social work or occupational therapy fields.

Or you may be simply passionate about the mental health sector and are seeking to expand your clinical knowledge with the main goal of improving the services for our Tangata Whaiora in your community.

You will do this through the integration of your clinical and rehabilitation knowledge and competencies with recovery approaches to provide quality support.


You'll be a 'glass half full' type of person, with a positive outlook on an ever changing, evolving organisation full of opportunity.

A flexible approach to work, strong work ethic and professional boundaries are a must. Your assertiveness, accountability and compassion for people will serve you well here. You will be a team player and a mentor.

Must have:

  • Current registration with a professional body covered by HPCA 2003 Act, Social Work Registration, Nursing or Occupational Therapist
  • Ideally experience working within the health sector, or You are a Social Work/Nursing/OT Graduate
  • Full New Zealand driver license
