Total Care Health Services are leading providers of home-based healthcare and wound care services to ACC, Whaikaha (Ministry of Disabled People) and Te Whatu Ora (Health NZ).

As part of the Access Community Health (Hauora-Tara-Ā-Whare) whānau, we provide assessment of acute and complex wounds using products that are up to date and are at the leading edge of the wound management process.

As we take on new challenges and continue to support our staff across the region, we are seeking a customer focused Administrator to join our team based in Auckland

The Role


This is a full-time role that exposes you to how we work as one of New Zealand's leading providers You will join an established and experienced team of Administrators, Nurses and management team.


Responsibilities include:

  • Promoting adherence to policies and procedures
  • To provide administrative support to the region to ensure the delivery of services to Total Care Health clients
  • Good IT skills teams/MS office and ability to learn new systems
  • Knowledge of salesforce advantageous
  • Excellent phone manner call centre experience
  • Curious, energetic and enthusiastic team player
  • Small close knit team
  • Versatile manner keen to learn and step outside of the norm
  • Clinical exposure not vital
