This will require a solid understanding of the business processes involved in and surrounding the change.

  • Analyse intricate financial business requirements and transform them into functional, secure, hightransactional systems with maximum availability.
  • Construct userfriendly, interactive financial tools and intuitive user interfaces tailored for financial advisers and investors.
  • Develop realtime transaction processing systems capable of supporting millions of trades daily across various world markets.
  • Collaborate with our business analysts to design and execute new features to meet the demands of our major institutional customers worldwide.
  • Develop, design and implement complex software solutions using modern development techniques
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers and testers to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and define software requirements and design specifications
  • Provide technical leadership to junior developers and ensure the team is aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Stay uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in software development to ensure that the team is using the latest tools and techniques to deliver quality software products
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues as they arise
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide guidance on software solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in software development with a proven track record of delivering highquality software solutions
  • Extensive experience with modern software development methodologies and practices
  • Strong knowledge and experience with
    .NET Framework, C#, ASP.

NET, MVC, and SQL Server:

  • Experience with frontend technologies such as
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery:
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as
    Azure or AWS is highly desirable:
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and lead a team of developers
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and clients
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
