We currently have an exciting opportunity for a
National Accounts Receivable Administrator to join the Red Badge team.

Reporting to the National Administration Manager, this position will see you providing financial support to all branches of Red Badge at a national level.

You'll have responsibility across billing and credit control processing tasks, working collaboratively with our diverse and well-respected clients to ensure payments are received accurately and timely.

It's an exciting time to join as we embark on a project to roll out a new enterprise financial platform, allowing you the rare opportunity to be involved in re-shaping the function.


This is a permanent full time 40 hour per week position based at our Penrose office (free parking), with flexibility around working times.


About you:

  • You'll have proven AR experience ideally gained within a comparable national role.
  • Proficient in data entry and data management, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong collaborative skills to effectively contribute within a team environment, while also demonstrating the ability to work autonomously when necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level is necessary.
  • Experience using Time and Attendance software will be highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for fostering new connections and nurturing existing relationships.
