The Role


The
Digital Media Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the Digital Communications Manager to ensure all digital assets for online campaigns are prepared and dispatched on schedule.

The role requires strong attention to detail and experience with graphic design as well as excellent time management and communication skills.

The role also requires the ability to coordinate marketing plans and execute them in a timely manner to align with promotional activities while working with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal and external campaign coordination ensure online campaigns are delivered accurately and on time through briefing, execution, and scheduling
- eDM design and development - organise the design and development of company eDMs to deliver strong engaging customer messaging to support key marketing activities

  • Graphic design assist in creation and review of graphic design elements, to required level of quality and in the format necessary to enable assets to be deployed without rework
  • Quality Assurance of eDMs and internal and external web assets
  • Creation, briefing and ongoing management of feature brand landing pages
  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to meet expectations, attend to all queries in a timely manner
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital graphic design, including experience in HTML.
  • Tertiary qualification in Multimedia/IT/Marketing or a related field.
  • Previous experience in retail required
  • Experience in working in a fastpaced retail Marketing environment with creative, production processes and strict deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience using Adobe Suite XD (or Photoshop etc.) to create content suitable for website
  • Understanding of digital customer journey and UX principles an advantage
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders
