We're looking for a talented senior-level AV Specialist to join our Meeting Room Solutions team in either Auckland or Wellington

Enteral Group has a nationwide team of technical experts, with the AV team being one essential chapter.

The role

We're looking for a talented senior-level AV Specialist to join our passionate Meeting Room Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering sophisticated AV solutions to our clients, ensuring that every installation exceeds expectations. Your expertise and dedication will help us continue to lead the industry in innovation and excellence.

Due to the flexibility of our business, this role could suit someone based in either Auckland or Wellington.

What You're Responsible For

  • Leading AV and meeting room installations independently with confidence and precision contributing to the success of our team.
  • Mentoring and supporting your colleagues by embracing opportunities for continuous learning and skill development.
  • Delivering exceptional results to key customer by contributing to a positive overall experience.
  • Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations under pressure with grace and professionalism.
  • Engaging with a diverse range of clients, including government agencies, educational institutions, and corporate organisations.

What Skills & Experience You Need

  • Effective time management and ability to juggle multiple complex projects.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Teams meeting room solutions and their integration with AV technology.
  • Relevant certifications in the AV and IT industries, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to excellence.
  • Proficiency in electrical, data, and audio cabling, as well as Pro AV standards.
  • Adaptability to new processes and technologies, with a knack for creative problem-solving.
  • A solid expertise in networked audio, DSP, and AV over IP solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with professional audio solutions, including QSC, Biamp, and Shure.
  • A proven track record of success prewire, fit-off, commissioning, and programming of AV and automation systems.
