We looking for a
Stores Co-Ordinator to join the team in our busy centrally located Warehouse.


This is a multi-faceted busy role, liaising with couriers, our field & workshop technicians, warehouse staff, helpdesk, and branch and customer sites nationwide.

You'd ideally have experience in working, unsupervised, to tight deadlines, possess excellent organisational skills, and be willing to take the initiative to make this role your own.


What you will do:

  • Ensure goods are accurately scanned in and shipped from the BDL warehouse promptly.
  • Accurately and efficiently prepare and label shipments for delivery, including determining the most costeffective selection of courier/freight providers.
  • Highlight any shortpicks or stock damage ensuring any inability to ship the order on time is escalated
  • Manage order alerts received through specialised software which monitors our client fleet of printers and photocopiers for service and supplies requirements
  • Manage our various recycling programs, repacking, palletising, and dispatching hardware, used toners, and other items to recycling facilities.
  • Assist in performing regular stocktakes, and receive and pick stock to assist the wider warehouse team as required.
  • Continually follow all Health and Safety policies and processes.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management preferred, ideally overseeing or team-leading a facility
  • Current Forklift Licence
  • Strong computer literacy and analytical skills
  • Be driven, and possess a "cando", flexible attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
