What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga


As the face of the AA, you will be offering a customer centric approach to everyone who visits our AA centres.

As a Customer Sales Consultant, you will play an important role in identifying customer needs and providing them with the right AA products, ensure great customer outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment, and be involved in a variety of tasks that includes processing driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions.

This is a permanent full-time position and you would predominantly see yourself working a 40 hour week.

As we are a seven day a week operation, it is important to understand your typical working week will be 5 days rostered over the week and within that 5 days - working at least one weekend day will be required and sometimes both weekend days may be necessary based on operational needs of the business.
