**Company**

Working with a great group of people our global client based in Mt Wellington is in need of a professional who has excellent customer relationship experience alongside a great attitude to join their hard working and fun team. To be part of this company that has an excellent working environment, your day will be varied and busy. The team will be incredibly grateful to have you on board utilising your skills and assisting with all things around client relations and most importantly, positive customer interaction. They are very much into sharing of knowledge, so you will learn a lot during the journey.

**Role**

This role is a real mixture of inbound and outbound sales, as well as administration and customer service. You’ll be utilising your amazing customer service skills to make outbound sales calls, handling inbound sales & customer service calls, and proactively talking to existing customers to process orders.

You’ll be working on various campaigns, managing the day-to-day administrative support of your customers and identifying sales opportunities throughout.

It is all about developing a good rapport and relationship with your customers - excellent phone manner and a positive, can-do attitude are key

**You**

Strong communication skills will be essential for your customer to receive the “wow” factor and for you to build effective relationships - external and internal. This, partnered with fresh energy and a passion for providing excellent customer experience will be key to this role.
