Job Description

As our Gym Facility Manager, you will be responsible for providing top-notch fitness services exclusively to our internal staff members. This newly renovated space provides the perfect environment for delivering exceptional fitness services tailored to individual goals and preferences.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing personalised fitness programs tailored to individual client needs and goals.
  • Conducting one-on-one training sessions and group fitness classes with enthusiasm and expertise.
  • Providing ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to clients to help them achieve their fitness objectives.
  • Tailoring nutrition plans...
  • Sharing your knowledge via company platforms creating videos, content and creating challenges around topics like, exercise physiology, nutrition, and health principles.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the gym facility, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality at all times.
  • Developing and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and certifications to continuously enhance the quality of our services.

Requirements

  • Must have your own waiver for clients to sign onto.
  • Ensure good Health and Saftey in the Gym space is followed at all times.
Qualifications
  • Certified personal trainer with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and staff members.
  • A passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others achieve their wellness goals.
  • Previous experience in gym management or a related field is preferred but not required.
