This role is based within our Customer Experience Centre, which is the is the hub of knowledge at LIC.

The team provide exceptional phone-based service to our farming customers, educating and supporting them through various LIC products and services.


About the Role


Due to an initiative focusing on quality improvement we are growing our quality team, and now have an opportunity for a Customer Experience Quality Coordinator.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Workforce Manager, this role is responsible for providing quality improvements for LIC's customers through coaching, CI and analysis of data.

You'll measure and meet all targeted quality deliverables and design and deliver best practice quality improvements which are fit for a Contact Centre environment.


Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Presenting performance trends and issues and identifying improvement opportunities to the Customer Experience Centre Managers.
  • Weekly KPI reporting and facilitating the development of reporting.
  • Coordinating the issue management process and system (Jira and QIR's)
  • Monitoring all quality controls and presenting/delivering opportunities to streamline operational procedures.
  • Managing the internal auditing programme to sustain and continually develop principles and practices.

About You

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver work accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Be well organised with strong task prioritisation skills.
  • Have an analytical mindset and the ability to identify trends in data easily.
  • Be confident using Excel. Experience with other reporting tools, Jira and QIR's is advantageous.
  • Having knowledge of LIC's products and services is also beneficial.
