You will be provided training to help you prepare to have challenging conversations, where you will have the confidence to adapt and tailor your style and use your persuasive skills to educate and influence your prospect whilst remaining professional at all times.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct tours and orientations of the club for visitors and new members.
  • Ensure that all incoming membership enquiries are documented accurately and appropriately. Ensure timely follow up on all prospective membership enquiries.
  • Sustain a clean, tidy and uncluttered club and office environment
  • Ensure that all member complaints and concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely, positive, supportive and professional manner
  • Increase membership numbers in accordance with guidelines and targets set with the Club Manager.
  • Actively sell club memberships and ensure that all sales activity is accurately and professionally completed. Actively engage in all sales related activities.

You will ideally:

  • Have excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport
  • Be organized and self-motivated.
  • Love people and have them at least 'like' you back
  • Have your own fitness story and be passionate about health and wellness
  • Have the flexibility to work rostered shifts any day of the week
