We are searching for an experienced Office Manager, preferably equipped with accounting proficiency, who can seamlessly integrate into the team and adeptly handle a diverse range of responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing accurate payroll execution and tax payments (PAYE, GST)
  • Crafting budgets for professional staff and contributing to performance reviews
  • Supervising HR tasks and managing payroll functions
  • Driving the shift towards paperless operations
  • Cultivating a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere
  • Supporting and managing a team of Secretaries for productivity and satisfaction and assisting key team members in their operational needs

Desired Qualities:

  • Proficiency in accounting, including GST/PAYE/Income Tax
  • Familiarity with Xero/MYOB software is advantageous
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in Office Management
  • Demonstrated multitasking abilities, proactive initiative, and a positive demeanor
