What will you be doing?

  • Developing exceptional, robust tests that will play a central role in the continuous integration pipeline
  • Working closely with the development teams to contribute and take responsibility of the test design and execution in various phases of the project lifecycle
  • Contributing to the wider QA team, bringing forward new ideas and taking accountability for improvements to the test framework and processes
  • Participating in agile sprints and using automated test driven development designs in an agile development environment
  • Working closely with other testers to provide support, mentoring and guidance to help design and build maintainable automated test suites
  • Communicating with senior stakeholders to understand their requirements and manage their expectations of delivery
  • Evaluating a situation or problem, understanding the risks, costs and benefits, exercising judgment on a good path forward and expressing this to colleagues and stakeholders
  • Working independently yet also leveraging the talents and views of others in the team


We are currently recruiting several roles to ensure the product teams contain the right blend of skills, experience and knowledge.

You'll bring:

  • A keen understanding of DevOps adoption and the benefits derived from test automation
  • Experience working in organisations that successfully utilised an augmented/hybrid model of resourcing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to explain complex information with agile development teams including the test design and defect reporting
  • Experience of appropriate documentation techniques for functional and nonfunctional testing that match customer expectation and that can be used by systems development teams in the production of high quality software
  • Experience testing in different environments including web and mobile.
  • Experience in identifying the regression scope and automating where necessary
