Do you enjoy working across business units to deliver quality work? We are looking for a Senior Advisor to join our Relationship Support Invest team.

This team works closely with other key areas to be a centre of expertise regarding the performance of on-Plan Tertiary Education Organisations (TEO) The team conducts funding assessments, planning and coordination function that supports the funding decision processes.

The team also writes investment related official correspondence and briefings.

The team provides a year-round view of TEO performance, both through the assessment process as part of the annual investment round, but also through ongoing performance monitoring and analysis.

About the Role


You will work across the TEC's customer facing and internal teams, making this a critical role in providing key business information.


  • Planning and Coordination of functions in relation to annual investment round, funding assessments and decision panels
  • Communications to TEOs including funding letters washup processes
  • TEO performance, both through the assessment process as part of the annual investment round and ongoing performance monitoring and analysis
  • Performance monitoring and analysis to support TEO engagement
  • Developing written investment related content for relationship teams to engage with TEOs regarding funding and performance
  • Work across internal teams to get the information needed to produce quality content to make funding recommendations
  • The use of highquality business information to inform the assessment process
  • Drafting documents e.g., official correspondence documents and briefing documents.
What will you bring to the role?

  • Experience working at providing business advice at a senior level
  • Experience writing official and ministerial correspondence at a senior level
  • Communication skills, including writing accurate and engaging written content that is tailored for the audience, including internal and ministerial stakeholders.
  • Experience working at in supporting significant business decision making processes
  • Experience in supporting others in their technical learning and work quality
  • Able to use business data and information to develop robust business decision and support content through ongoing performance monitoring and analysis
  • Experience of collaborating with multiple teams across a business to deliver quality work

Remuneration
The salary recruitment range for this position starts from $90k up to $106k, depending on demonstrable skills and experience
