This is an opportunity for an empathetic, resilient and pragmatic individual who thrives on helping others.

The role works with our most at-risk whānau and individuals, you will be expected to engage positively as the complexities that our whanau/individuals are challenged with daily require high level of support, guidance and/or coordination, this will involve working across multiple key agencies closely therefore a high level of integrity and trust is also sought after with agencies especially when formulating comprehensive whanau/individual plans to address their needs that will be monitored and progress reported on in order to achieve outcomes for each whanau and/or individual.

What you'll need to succeed | Ko ngā mea ka hiahiatia e koe kia angitū
- strong networking and relationship skills to build effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- commitment to providing a service that is empathetic, open and courteous
- exceptional client engagement skills and ability to work constructively with all clients to influence positive outcomes
- sound judgement and decision-making abilities
- current knowledge of the local community and good insight and understanding of their needs
- good computer, numeracy and literacy skills and ability to learn new systems and processes
- a real good understanding in Te Reo/Tikanga an advantage
- a willingness to travel to fulfil job requirements
