About the role:
As a Group Manager of IT, you'll steer the teams responsible for Sanford's technology platforms and services.
Your role will involve managing and maintaining IT strategy, implementing system security, reliability, and scalability policies, and delivering project initiatives in collaboration with the PMO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT function to align with Sanford's business strategy and objectives.
- Develop and maintain an IT strategy, acting as a business partner to the organisation.
- Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of corporate technology systems.
- Work with the PMO to deliver approved project initiatives and support change management activities across Sanford.
- Manage the IT risk register aligned to Sanford's Enterprise Risk Framework.
- Develop and maintain the organisation's cybersecurity strategy and operating plan.
- Manage the IT operating budget within agreed parameters, and ensure allocated capex is used effectively.
Skills and experience:
We are looking for a strategic leader with leadership experience in enterprise IT and exceptional communication and organisational skills. A history of leading enterprise-scale IT teams and ERP knowledge, especially with Dynamics365, will set you apart.
- Extensive leadership experience in an enterprise IT/technology function
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience in leading an enterprisescale IT team in a relevant industry
- ERP knowledge with Dynamics365 experience preferred
