Tēnei tūranga - About the Role:


Focused on maximising the value of specific ICT products to the business, you will look at areas for product development and be responsible for the creation of pipelines and product lifecycles prioritising them based on the overall strategy and business objectives.


Leading a team of Product Owners you will be an adept people leader able to inspire your team but also play a critical role across our organisation delivering our future vision in the emerging product space.


This role will map out product dependencies and work with cross-functional teams and the wider business to ensure the planning for successful delivery is achieved.

The Enterprise Product Team will be integral in driving the development and delivery of a transformative digital products acting as a customer advocate and driving continuous improvements across enterprise technology.


Ngā pukenga me ngā wheako e hiahiatia ana - Skills and Experience Required:

  • Sound knowledge of management theory including experience dealing with planning, demand and change
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining an environment focused on continuous improvement to enhance organisational performance.
  • Demonstrated experience working in leadership roles within a strategic and ICT focus
- a solid understanding of Microsoft Enterprise Products, skills to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Understanding of Government decisionmaking and operating procedures.(preferred but not essential)
- a tech savvy people manager with excellent communication skills

  • Collaboration with Service Operations to ensure and deliver future product enhancements that can be planned and achieved.
