Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

Working as part of team of specialists and along side the Manager Programmes & Assurance in the Safety & Wellbeing space, you'll be initially focused on establishing our safety management systems, developing and embedding them into the organisation.

You'll also work on a number of other great projects and programmes of work including assurance and risk management helping the business to make data driven informed decisions around safety, working alongside and supporting the wider S&W team as well.

Mōu - About you

As a passionate safety and wellbeing practitioner you'll bring your experience in managing and executing programmes of work, along with developing, implementing and monitoring safety standards.

You'll combine this with

  • Strong knowledge of relevant safety regulations, industry standards and best practice, and ideally ISO4001 knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and influence at all levels
  • A detail orientated mindset and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, evaluate data and propose effective solutions
  • A passion for promoting a positive safety culture and fostering employee wellbeing
