- We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Quality Assurance Inspector to join our client's Central Region Distribution Department. This department is responsible for efficiently distributing hydrocarbon products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- As a Mechanical Quality Assurance Inspector, your main responsibilities will encompass a comprehensive range of inspection activities, including welding, coating, external inspections, T&I inspections, and various mechanical tasks.
- Your pivotal role is to ensure that assigned mechanical jobs are executed safely and in compliance with the client's requirements.
- Successful candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in inspection is required.
- Reviewing and monitoring quality control programs developed by construction contractors.
- Evaluating QAC programs, design drawings, engineering specifications, waiver requests, and standards.
- Conducting inspections of an advanced and more complex nature.
- Providing training to personnel for the development of technical skills and understanding of various disciplines and NDT methods.
- Executing mechanical inspections covering tanks, vessels, coolers, exchangers, sumps, flares, piping, pipelines, etc.
- Overseeing coating activities in compliance with relevant standards.
- Familiarity with SAIF/SAP systems for running inspection activities, including pre T&I, T&I package, Post T&I, Defect Notifications, EIS review, and external inspections.
- Conducting RTR installation and inspection.
