As our Warehouse Manager, you'll play a vital role in making this magic happen.

You have the opportunity to shape one of the biggest beverage warehouse networks in New Zealand.

Some of your key accountabilities in this role may include:

  • Ensure customer orders are processed in accordance with Lion's customer experience standards
  • Input into and development of a future focussed Warehouse strategy based on a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Lead the optimisation of the 3PL DC order fulfilment processes in terms of cost, processes and systems
  • Lead the management and conformance to group policy regarding inventory standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and to build trust across our stakeholders
  • Partner with the GMs of our 3PL partners to ensure value creation and manage performance and expectations
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of direct reports

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven people leadership, with experience developing and leading high performing, technical teams
  • Self-driven, able to take accountability of running the strategy and driving your team
  • Experience within Warehouse Manage in a manufacturing environment or similar
  • Previous inventory management responsibilities in a FMCG environment
  • Understanding of best practice DC and order fulfilment processes, systems and cost to serve structures
  • Best practice inventory control methodologies
  • Project and Change Management expertise
