The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Managerin Auckland to lead the Tyremax warehouse operations from start to finish. The role is full-time Monday-Friday 7 - 5:30 . But we are looking for someone who is flexible in all areas of work.
Ideally, you have a proven background leading successful operations teams but good attitude and core transferable skills will also be highly regarded

The Role:
- Plan and allocate workload across the team, ensuring service standards are consistently met.
- Oversee inbound shipments and coordination of container deliveries and collections.
- Work closely with Transport Team Leader to ensure container devanning workload are prioritised appropriately.
- Ensure stock accuracy, stock levels, returns, claims are all dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with relevant processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of Health and Safety culture ensuring compliance and reporting is adhered to.
- Address team issues as they arise including performance, misconduct, disagreements, and one on ones.
- Encourage high performance and positive moral from the team at all times.
- Good level of physical fitness (this role is hands on)
- Strong people and communication skills including written English
- Ability to learn and manage systems
- High standard of presentation, professionalism, and integrity.
- Strong communication skills including well developed listening, written and verbal capabilities.
- Strong leadership drive to maintain and continuously improve performance.
- High level of flexibility, agility and responsiveness.
- Full Class 1 Drivers License
- Fork Lift, Stock picker or Reach Licence is ideal
- Clear MOJ
- Able to pass pre employment drug test
- 2 Verbal references
- NZ Residency or Citizenship
