Senior Recruitment Consultant:

Are you running a 360 degree recruitment desk? Thought about running your own recruitment business for yourself?

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Identify and assess client needs
  • Develop and implement solutions to meet client needs
  • Manage and execute recruitment projects from start to finish
  • Manage their business through tracking and reporting project progress in the CRM

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in 360 recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM's and LinkedIn Recruiter
