The Opportunity:


We are in the early stages of transforming our security posture, where you will play an integral part in shaping the future of what information security within our organisation will look like.


You will be integral to our global security assessment and the development of our five-year information security uplift programme, helping us to achieve our mission of protecting what matters most.


You will work with world-leading experts and industry partners to realise our mission and be part of an inclusive organisation that values diversity in thought and creativity of mind to innovate.


A typical day could involve:

  • Help with the development of business cases and definition of the delivery programme and projects
  • Encouraged to innovate, test, and learn from new ways of working, develop new frameworks, and adapt to a changing landscape
  • Collaborate across the business and our stakeholders to understand their risk appetite and tolerances; identify, develop and collaboratively implement policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Oversees the delivery of multiple projects to agreed budgets and timelines
  • Manages and develops ITSMs to be promoted to ISM role
  • Working closely with our security providers managing contracts, and ensuring outcomes are delivered to SLAs
  • Lead delivery of the global security programme and ensure business benefit realisation
  • Management and leadership of your team of security professionals
  • Triaging privacy and supplier reviews
  • Assisting commercial tenders by our sales teams
  • Enhancing business processes to improve operations and realise efficiencies
  • Influencing key global stakeholders, gaining buyin to the value information security provides to them and their teams and shaping their products and services so security is integrated into their offerings
  • Comprehensive utilisation of our Microsoft Security toolset


When it comes to flexible working, we consider all options, including hybrid and part-time (minimum 3+ days), compressed hours, and working from secure remote and trusted locations.


About you:

You will be able to:

  • Demonstrate analysis and interpretation skills and can handle a range of complex and conflicting data, for example, working with technical problems and translating outcomes to senior leadership
  • Influence and engage with senior managers and stakeholders on a range of risks and information security topics
  • Fluently and professionally utilise M365 tooling, including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Sway, Planner, Power Platform
  • Demonstrate the value of good teamwork, works well with others and be comfortable adapting your communication to meet stakeholder's diverse needs
  • Find elegant solutions to complicated problems
