About the role


We are searching for an Assembly Technician who will build our electric powertrain systems during prototype, pre-production and production stage and will contribute to the finetuning of the assembly and product testing process.


  • You will assemble the ZeroJet systems and subsystems according to the technical documentation.
  • You will formulate improvements opportunities for the assembly and testing process.
  • You will maintain cleanliness and organisation in the workshop aera.
  • You will run production tests and contribute to product validation testing.
  • You will act as back up for the warehouse coordinator day to day activities.
  • You will execute picking and kitting activities for production orders.


As a fast-moving company, we adopt new techniques & technologies on a regular basis so you must be ready for constant learning and embracing new technologies.

We expect an enthusiastic person who has a strong sense of responsibility, cleanliness and an eye for detail.

We believe in listening to everyone's opinions no matter what level you are at, and we also take pride in doing things properly so you must have a keen eye for detail.


Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience with power tools, hand tools, assembly procedures, workshop PPE
  • Knowledge and experience with technical drawings
  • Knowledge and experience with measuring tools
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge or experience with electronics
  • Positive attitude towards work requirements and team members
  • Physically fit as some heavy lifting is involved
  • CAD Software / 3D printing skills would be great
  • Bonus points if you love the marine space, EVs, sustainability and/or the ocean
