About the role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Auckland market by actively seeking new business opportunities and cultivating partnerships with commercial entities.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new leads through cold calling and networking.
  • Lead negotiations and secure contracts with commercial clients.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct site assessments and measurements.
  • Prepare and submit quotes and tenders.

About you:

  • Previous sales experience in the cleaning or facilities management sector is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in selling services within the B2B domain.
  • Possess strong business acumen.
  • Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
