That's why we're on the hunt for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team in our head office in Auckland.

This is a hands-on role, providing support to both the Commercial Vehicle and Passenger Sales Teams, enabling them to provide customer facing sales support and for the best customer outcomes in a timely manner.


What you'll do:

  • Maintain MBFSNZ's website to ensure contents are up to date and comply with NZ regulatory requirements and internal policies. Assist in content creation and editing, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and style.
  • Event coordination, plan and coordinate dealer events, webinars, and seminars, ensuring all logistics are in place.
  • Provide collateral development & maintenance by assisting with the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and sales enablement tools.
  • Provide support to the project team including provide inputs to BRD and conduct UAT.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with NZ regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Provide all other general administration support as required.

Qualifications

The skills we're looking for:


To be successful in this role you must have strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional results for customers and key stakeholders, while also building and maintaining strong relationships across our Mercedes-Benz brands.

You will be familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms, and you will have in-depth knowledge of processes and procedures in Sales & Operations.

Knowledge and experience within the financial services and/or automotive industry will be highly regarded.
