Salary:
$188,103 to $253,081 + superannuation

Te tūnga | The role
The Chief People Officer (CPO) reports to the Deputy Chief Executive for Strategy, People and Resources.

You are responsible for the People & Culture (P&C) division, which is made up of HR and ER Advisory, Recruitment, Organisational Development & People Capability, Payroll and HRIS.

You will help lead our people agenda and work with the Chief Executive (CE) and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to create an organisation where our people and our business can be at its best.

Key relationships include the CE, ELT, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Deputy Chief People Officer (DCPO) and other key leads across the organisation.

Ability to communicate, influence and foster connected relationships that drive engagement, impact and outcomes will be key to your success in this role.

With a new Strategic Workforce Plan recently developed, this role will lead the implementation of that plan and build the capability and culture of the organisation to deliver to our organisational strategy.

You are the link between operational delivery and translating strategic direction into reality - because success happens through and because of our people

Your key focus will be building on our existing people and organisational frameworks, proactively looking for ways we can strengthen our engagement and culture, optimise our performance and the connection and alignment of our people strategy to our business objectives and plans.
