About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Estimator who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Liaising with our internal business units, Project Managers, Site and Commercial teams, you will have opportunities to work on many diverse construction projects throughout New Zealand.

Ultimately you will grow to have the opportunity to fully manage the financial outcome of construction projects.

Skills You Will Need


In this role you will be working alongside a great team of Quantity Surveyors and Estimators to assist with estimating and pricing.

You will be curious, meticulous by nature, and will competently produce accurate pricing schedules and documentation.

Additionally, we will be looking for someone with:

  • A qualification in Quantity Surveying
  • Experience in the New Zealand commercial construction market
  • Competent measuring and estimating skills
  • The ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
  • A natural ability to establish and build longterm working relationships with all stakeholders
