Our Takaanini Site is looking for a motivated individual to join our manufacturing team.

As an essential New Zealand food manufacturing business, never has it been more important for us to deliver to every New Zealander who is counting on us.

As a Process Operator, you'll be trained to operate the packing equipment on for the end-to-end filling and packing process.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up, monitoring and operating automated production machinery
  • Performing quality checks to ensure production meets world class standards of hygiene
  • Running machine diagnostics and problem solving
  • Ensuring documentation is correct and complete
  • Hours of work for this role are 5.09 pm to 5.15am on a rotating roster: 322_

About you | Ko wai koe


Your strong mechanical aptitude and sound problem-solving skills will ensure things run smoothly - as you won't just identify the problem, you'll be part of finding and implementing the solution.

Ideally you will bring food manufacturing experience however we are open to machine operation experience gained in a different industry.

Together with a can-do attitude and good work ethic, you'll be able to demonstrate a background of:

  • Operation of touch screen machinery
  • Strong focus on health and safety
  • Computer literacy, SAP experience is desirable
  • Valid Forklift Licence would be beneficial, but not essential
