About the opportunity
Our Takaanini Site is looking for a motivated individual to join our manufacturing team in this full-time permanent opportunity.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you are serious about advancing your career and keen to be part of a highly motivated and supportive team.

As a Process Operator, you'll be trained to operate the packing equipment on the dry line.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up, monitoring and operating automated production machinery
  • Performing quality checks to ensure production meets world class standards of hygiene
  • Running machine diagnostics and problem solving
  • Ensuring documentation is correct and complete

Shifts Available
Permanent Day Shifts: 5.09 am to 5.15pm

Rotating Roster: 3-2-2

About you


Your strong mechanical aptitude and sound problem-solving skills will ensure things run smoothly - as you won't just identify the problem, you'll be part of finding and implementing the solution.

Ideally you will bring food manufacturing experience however we are open to machine operation experience gained in a different industry.

Together with a can-do attitude and good work ethic, you'll be able to demonstrate a background of:

  • Operation of touch screen machinery
  • Strong focus on health and safety
  • Computer literacy, SAP experience is desirable
  • Valid Forklift Licence would be beneficial, but not essential
