We are taking NZ Post on an exciting data journey, and you'll be a key member and integral part of this as we help realise our customers' data objectives, in alignment with the Data Teams strategy and road map.

Working closely with the GM Data & Analytics as well as the Data Governance Manager you'll continue to define and deliver data products and services through our data platform.

You'll support the technical end-to-end product management of data to enhance strategic, operational, and tactical decision-making. What makes this role exciting is that you will liaise with vendors through the RFP and selection process, lead the integration, and design how our data is governed, managed and used to meet the analytics needs of NZ Post and its people

You'll do this by supporting our data intelligence by implementing tooling, data standards and classifications, cataloguing and modelling to connect data value to business value as we implement data standards for data quality alongside a new data management tool.

Think data modelling, automation, analytics dashboarding and reporting - this role has it all and more.

You'll combine all of this with

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to talk tech to the techy's and then convert the tech for the nontechy's too
  • A collaborative and solution focused approach
  • A can do attitude
  • Strong time management and planning skills


Most importantly with all this big thinking, you won't take yourself too seriously and be able to have a good laugh and fun along the way.
