Position Overview:

As a Bookkeeper in Auckland, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our business.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, and providing timely financial reports to support decision-making processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense claims
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Assist with payroll processing and compliance
  • Generate financial reports and analysis as required
  • Collaborate with management to support financial planning and budgeting activities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations


Qualifications and Skills:
  • 3 years Proven experience in bookkeeping/ accounting OR Level 7 Qualification in Accounting / Finance
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, or MYOB
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
