About the role


As a key member of the Marketing team, this role is primarily responsible for developing and executing brand strategies and initiatives for the InvestNow and FundRock businesses - to achieve the respective strategic and commercial outcomes.

The role also assumes functional ownership of the public websites of the businesses plus leads and executes the associated comms, content, and PR strategics and tactics.


Responsibilities:

The role duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

  • Brand Management
  • Working with all key stakeholders, lead the design and execution of the InvestNow and FundRock brand strategies.
  • Leverage the brands to deliver the growth objectives for InvestNow and FundRock.
  • Ensure the brand is consistently reflected across all touch points, ensuring alignment and consistency.
  • Public Websites
  • Alwayson focus on optimising the public site to deliver our commercial outcomes and business plans ensuring they remain current and relevant to InvestNow, FundRock and the clients we serve (includes retail investors and product providers, for example Fund Managers and Banks).
  • Ongoing measurement and analysis of the effectiveness of our websites, using this insight to further drive optimisation.
  • Daytoday maintenance of the websites, including supporting the role that the websites play for stakeholders in the business. This includes, but is not limited to, creating/maintaining pages, producing graphics and images and improving the customer experience.
  • Comms & Content
  • Lead the design and execution of our comms, content and PR strategy and tactics.
  • Oversee the content that we need to produce to deliver our brand strategy, business strategy and business plans.
  • Editor for all regular comms e.g. InvestNow Magazine, campaign comms and adhoc service comms.
  • Support other stakeholders in terms of providing guidance and content to meet their needs and objectives.
  • Ensure all comms are onbrand.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative working relationships across the InvestNow and FundRock businesses.
  • Business owner for relationships with agencies and vendors, building and maintaining strategic and effective relationships.
  • Budgets & Planning
  • Contribute to the building and agreed execution of annual budgets and business plans.
