National Operations Manager

Think Marketing is a leading face-to-face fundraising agency that works with a diverse range of charity clients to raise vital funds and support their missions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of regional managers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive fundraising performance and meet or exceed targets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice, and ethical standards.
- Manage relationships with charity clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Monitor and analyze fundraising data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments, such as recruitment and training, to ensure the effective delivery of fundraising campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the facetoface fundraising industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of fundraising principles and techniques, with a track record of delivering successful fundraising campaigns.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels and across multiple locations.

Pay:
$65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
