We have an exciting opportunity for a Paving Operative to join our close-knit kapa in Christchurch.

Supporting the paving crew to deliver on our contracts, your work-days will involve a variety of operational tasks such as:

  • Driving Class 2 vehicles
  • Operating Rollers
  • Operating Bobcats
  • Operating Paving Levels

Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills
Along with your positive attitude, commitment to quality, and a supportive and safe workplace, there are a few other essentials to what we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in paving
  • A proven ability in the proper care, maintenance and operation of plant and equipment
  • A full driver's licence with WTR endorsements
  • A Class 2 and/or Class 4 would be an advantage
  • Having a strong health and safety attitude
  • Experience in operating a variety of civil machinery is advantageous
