Our Customer Remediation team is looking for a remediation Analyst.

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We sat down with our Head of Customer Remediation, and they let us know the following about the role.

This is a 10-month fixed term, full time position.

What is your management style?


As trusted and skilled individuals, Analysts work closely with remediation event Leads to determine approaches that enable resolutions for remediation events.

It is a fast-paced environment and the entire team support each other as we work very collaboratively.

What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?

  • Investigate and analyse issues to define the impacted population to accurately determine financial calculations
  • Work closely with Leads to develop project plans that enable investigation, analysis and delivery of your cases
  • Work closely with data engineers in Data and Analytics (DAS) to peer review and validate the data requirements.
  • Keeping team members, partners and stakeholders informed of progress to meet key milestones
  • Writing of key validation documents

Putting customers right and delivering outcomes on a regular basis. Working closely with product and in turn, becoming a product SME.
