We are seeking to appoint a Strategic Communications Advisor to join well established Communications team, with responsibility for contributing to and leading communications plans, projects, policies and campaigns that directly support this organisations strategy, purpose and transformation agenda.


In this role, you will:

Develop creative and compelling content, campaigns, and innovative communications to reach a large and diverse audience.
Be responsible for strategic company wide communications
Consistently identify opportunities to incorporate strategic data messages into communications campaigns and topics.
Act as Communications advisor to the leadership team.
Collaborate with relevant teams to support the communication of digital strategy to external audiences.
Support data-related organisational change and business transformation through strategic communications planning and implementation.
Support the development and implementation of internal communications plans and activities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

Ability to understand business issues and devise communication solutions that deliver results, constructing fresh approaches where appropriate and making connections to other issues.

Able to work within an ambiguous environment, prioritise and reconcile competing demands and resolve complex issues.

A proven track record in developing, managing and implementing employee communication strategies and plans, translating into solid and practical delivery programmes.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work confidently and effectively with senior Managers across regional geographies.

A strong team player who can work collaboratively with peers and encourage / deliver excellent performance from teams and individuals.

Ability to work quickly, managing time and multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent interpersonal, strategic planning and project management skills.
