We are seeking a highly motivated person who is passionate about information management.

Key responsibilities include:

- providing information management and recordkeeping advice, support and guidance
- supporting, administrative and monitoring the Ministry's information management systems
- supporting the Information Centre services including circulation, journals, interloans.


We're maturing our use of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams for information management so this an opportunity to learn and develop your M365 skills.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
- experience in information/records management within the public sector and sound understanding of the public sector information management regulatory framework
- strong customer support and training skills and comfortability delivering these both remotely or in person
- great relationship management skills, able to engage and influence at all levels
- commitment to developing your cultural capability and capacity in te ao Māori ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- a relevant tertiary qualification or relevant experience.


Most importantly, you will be a fast learner, have a great work ethic, attitude and enjoy being part of a highly collaborative team.

Whānuitanga Utu ā-Tau | Salary range
Salary range for this role is $77,280 to $93,565 pa. Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
