Lowie Trades is looking for an Auto Body Work Specialist to work in North Shore, Auckland.

What we offer:
- $28 - $35 an hour

  • Fixedterm fulltime work (Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday)
  • Basic PPE provided
  • Guaranteed minimum 30 hours a week

Our consultants go above and beyond to be fair, lead you to success, care for your well-being and prioritise your safety.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Disassemble damaged vehicle parts
  • Repair damage to bodywork, windows, car interiors and exterior trim
  • Replace windows, car interiors, trims and any parts that cannot be repaired
  • Straightening and aligning car frames and unibodies
  • Reassembling vehicle body parts and accessories
  • Filling and sanding bodywork
  • Carrying out painting in booth oven
  • Performing final finishing and polishing
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience
  • Recent references
  • A trade qualification is preferred, however, experience may substitute for qualification
  • Experience in ordering materials is a bonus
  • Ability to read and interpret plans/specifications is an advantage
  • Health and Safety knowledge
  • Reliable transport and own tools
  • Have a cando attitude
  • Physically fit
