We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisors to join our team working in Auckland.


This role is suited for those who have a passion for the hotel industry, attention to detail and service with a genuine smile.

We need your flexibility to fill the gaps that are needed across a busy and well-established hotel operation which may include some of the following tasks:

  • Leadership amongst the team
  • this may include stepping in for the housekeeping manager from time to time
  • Service of guest rooms
  • Provide assistance in guest facing areas
  • Provide solutions to efficiency roadblocks
  • Compliance amongst the team
  • Practice and monitor safe workplace standards

To be the shining star of supervision we would need you to have:

  • A passion for quality, attention to detail and excellence
  • A positive and cando attitude amongst the team
  • Time management and efficient work habits
  • A wellpresented problemsolving attitude
  • A flexible work and rostering schedule, with weekend availability essential
  • With minimum of 12 years within the housekeeping industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Can perform Room Attendant if needed.
