Central Auckland location In our Community Independent Living, we provide services for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities within their own homes and out into their community.

We provide 1:1 support which consists of a range of hours between 6am to 9pm Monday to Sunday.

As a Senior Community Support Worker you take on tasks that are dynamic and will depend on the needs and dreams of each person.

You provide assistance with daily activities such as community participation, socializing, work or education, personal cares and domestic chores, as well as responsibility for reporting and administration.

There will also be administration work.


The Senior Support Worker - CICL role will provide support to people and their families/whanau to achieve a quality of lifestyle of their own choice.

The hours of work are to be confirmed, and may include shifts during the daytime, afternoons and weekends. The hours will be flexible, working to support the needs of each individual person's lifestyle.

Our Senior Support Worker role combines support work with coaching and motivating a team of Support Workers in the service.

Working with and gaining guidance from your Service Coordinator, you would be supervising staff members to ensure the effective delivery of quality services to people we support in a community home.

This role also involves engaging with families, goal planning, assisting with programme development, household management and administrative tasks.
