He angitūtanga: The opportunity
As a Senior Strategic Project Manager, you'll take the lead on a variety of projects, guiding them through each phase of the project lifecycle. From strategic assessment to feasibility studies, you'll ensure that our projects are not only visionary but also practical and achievable. You'll also play a crucial role in our sustainability initiatives, providing expert advice and leadership on climate change and corporate responsibility.

Day-to-day you could expect to work on:

  • Lead low-medium complexity strategic urban regeneration projects
  • Manage project teams and external consultants to deliver on time and within budget
  • Produce well written business cases and provide technical advice on sustainability and climate change objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure compliance with organisational standards and guidelines
  • Drive business management processes, including budgeting and reporting

He kōrero mōu: About you
We are looking for someone with strategic planning expertise, ideally also with public sector experience, preferably in urban development.
You will have a good understanding of sustainability principles and legislation, strong project management and communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
