Talent Acquisition NZ & US

You will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent through strategic sourcing methods such as job postings, social media outreach, and networking events. Building and nurturing relationships with potential candidates, you'll ensure a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Your role will also include evaluating candidates' qualifications and cultural fit, providing administrative support, maintaining our applicant tracking system (Manatal), and coordinating pre-employment screenings.

HR Administration & Support

Your expertise will contribute to planning and executing engaging and inclusive employee events, fostering a positive workplace culture. You'll manage employee records, handle inquiries, coordinate training programs, and assist with recruitment and onboarding. Additionally, you'll help implement and maintain security protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by conducting risk assessments and coordinating training.

Office Administration & Support

In this role, you'll manage office documentation, draft and edit correspondence, and coordinate meetings and appointments. You'll ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and oversee equipment maintenance. Processing office invoices and financial documents will be part of your responsibilities, as will arranging travel logistics and assisting in the planning and execution of business events.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Recent experience in recruitment / HR administration, and/or office administration & support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
