About the role
Bell Gully's Financial Services team is looking for lawyers to join its Auckland and Wellington offices.

You will join a team that is regarded as the market leading financial services practice in New Zealand, and is known for its commercial approach, with specialist expertise in sustainable finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, property finance, structured lending, securitisation, derivatives, project and infrastructure finance, insolvency and debt restructuring.


The team advises leading sponsors, banks, non-bank lenders, and investment banks, together with major domestic and international corporate enterprises across a range of industries.

All of our partners have practised as financial services lawyers in either Europe or New York.

Experience and qualifications
