We are looking for a

Purchaser to provide support to the Procurement team here at Iplex Palmy. You'll be working with a small tight knit team that have over 20+ years' experience in the industry.

About the role

Key responsibilities of this role include the following:

  • Support procurement & purchasing, raise PO's, reconciliations
  • Inventory management monitor and maintain stock levels
  • Reporting, data management and administration
  • Work closely with local and international suppliers through purchasing and order management
  • Support production planner administration

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (purchasing, procurement, buyer, logistics, planning)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient with online systems & Microsoft Suite
  • High attention to detail with analytical and numerical skills
  • A proactive approach and a willingness to learn and share ideas
  • Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
