Furthermore, CablePrice is the authorised sales, parts and service dealer for the full range of Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner and Fuso trucks in the South Island, and the authorised sales, parts and service dealer for Isuzu Trucks in Wellington, and as of recently the full range offered IVECO from their light commercial, 4x4, right up to heavy duty on and off hi-way truck range in Palmerston North and Hasting.


The Role:


CablePrice has a rare and exciting new opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the leadership team in the position of Branch Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for a personable professional to lead and grow our successfully busy team in our Palmerston North branch.

With recently becoming one of the branches to offer the full Parts and Service dealerships for IVECO there will be huge growth potential that comes with the offering of the full range by IVECO.


Reporting to the North Island Operations Manager you will be responsible for the development and execution of the branch business plans that align with the Company's strategic goals as well as overall branch performance.


Responsibilities include:

  • Plan, lead, organise and control the branch activities to achieve the branch budgets
  • Develop and support Service and Parts sales strategies, with a big focus on the new partnership with IVECO
  • Contribute to local sales strategies to increase company market share
  • Leadership, Staff Development and Employee Relations
  • Communicates and drives the dealership values, principles, vision and mission
  • Communicates with other Branch and Functional Managers to implement best practices and consistent processes for all departments within the organisation
  • Leading Health and Safety and ownership of our Health and Safety processes and reporting whilst providing ongoing advice to manage risks to the people and the business.
  • Solid analytical, business planning, problemsolving, and communication skills
  • Financial Analytical skills to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met
  • Previous senior leadership experience in dealership operations with in the transport industry
  • Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate diverse teams and people
  • Experience in leading Health and Safety and ownership of our Health and Safety processes and reporting whilst providing ongoing advice to manage risks to the people and the business.
